Description: Fluck's Yard is a shunting puzzle layout set in the North West of England during the transition from steam to diesel traction. It has been a familiar sight at the club's annual exhibitions in Hoveton and Bawdeswell for many years.
The layout takes its name from actress Diana Dors, whose maiden name was Fluck. Although entirely fictional, Fluck's Yard represents the industrial side of a small market town in the North West of England, with plenty of opportunities for interesting and challenging shunting movements.
Originally built during the second COVID-19 lockdown, the layout has since appeared at many model railway exhibitions across Norfolk and continues to be a popular part of the club's exhibition layouts.
